What makes this club special is that it is owned by members who are also shareholders. The fall of our staff members and participants, and all staff including managers, chefs, bartender, artists and dj 's.
Our shareholders are people from the business world:

- the Finance Director of Virgin Records UK, the Chief Operating Officer of EMI Australia and most recently President & Chief Operating Officer, EMI South East Asia based in Hong Kong,
- well respected international Non–Executive Director Physician, Entrepreneur, Scientist, CEO and Investor, Chairman of Merchant Ventures an emerging global merchant banking operation,
- grandson of the Sainsbury Supermarket founder, worker of Investment Banker in Europe,Director of UBS and AIG International.
